Routine care
Nothing is more important than routine examinations and preventive medicine for your pet. Remember that your pet ages at a faster rate than we do, approx. 5 to 7 years for each calendar year, depending on species and breed. This means that medical conditions can come on relatively quickly, hence the need for thorough physical examinations each year at annual booster vaccinations.
Medical care
Even with the best of preventative care, there may be times when your pet feels under the weather. If so, we can quickly carry out diagnostic procedures. These include blood work in our on-site laboratory, including Biochemistry profiles and red and white cell counts, urine analysis, x-rays, and ultrasound. It is our goal to diagnose and treat your pet as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Surgical care
If your pet needs surgery you can relax in knowing that we can deal with anything which may come up. Routine neutering operations are carried out daily. Other operations such as a labrador eating a sock causing gut obstruction and requiring gut surgery, removal of a growth, fracture repair, joint surgery, eye and ear surgery, and specialist orthopaedic surgery such as spinal surgery can also all be carried out at the surgery.

“Our reason for being here is to maintain the health of your pets & horses.”
